Bruce A. Wilson

I have been mixing pigments, oil, and waxes into creamy encaustic consistencies and applying them to heavy duty gessoed hardboard.  It feels like I’m “Painting with Pastels.” As I adjust to the dictates of this unusual medium my paintings are taking on an abstract/surrealist feel. When I include music things start to get interesting.
