All of our sheep are born and raised on Lopez Island. They are grazed on island pastures and butchered humanely on the farm using a USDA mobile slaughter processing unit. We sell lamb, cut and wrapped to your specifications, by the half or the whole and also occaissionally have ground and pieces available. Lamb is most often available in the spring and then again in the late fall. Contact us for availability or to be added to our mailing list.
