North Star Farm

North Star Farm is a full circle, off grid family farm on Lopez Island, Washington. We value land stewardship, community, and joy. The farm is a beautiful circle where we grow the cover crops that fill the pastures that feed the sheep that make the wool. The sheep feed the soil that grows the grass and wheat. Soil health and land stewardship is at the heart of what we do.

Gabrielle is a shepherdess, spinner, and maker bringing heritage breed wool through the full process from lambing to hand-spun skein.
Brendan is a farmer, miller, and baker focused on sharing his childhood love of bagels through organic, regenerative production.
